After booking several trips with you all, we decided to book through another agency due to a special price. They were advertising special room rates, so I emailed, and was contacted. Initially they were very good, sending us prices, but when we did not decide on the spot, and asked more questions, it took longer and longer (and usually required a follow-up after a couple of days) before we got an answer.

It was also very hard to get ahold of them by phone when I wanted to book. Took a couple of calls to reach them, even after confirming call times via email. They said they would call, and then didn't, so I finally had to call them.

Then, once we booked, it was as if we weren't there. We did not get even an email confirmation of our reservation for almost two weeks, and then only after I emailed twice (my assigned agent said she was away -- gee, that never stopped my MouseEarVacations.com agent Chet McDoniel!!). Even an email saying a formal confirmation would follow would have been appreciated.

Final straw was booking dinner reservations, and you know how seriously we take our food. :)

Among others, we wanted a 3PM Alfredo's one day, and a 6:30PM Rose & Crown on another. My assigned agent emailed back saying all we could get was 2PM or 4:30PM Alfredo's and a 6PM Rose & Crown. This seemed a little odd, so my sister called -- and got both times we'd originally wanted with no trouble. Cast member on the phone even said Alfredo's was wide open, and we could have any time we wanted.

No explanation from my assigned agent when I emailed and told her.

We definitely missed your promptness and follow-up, not to mention efficiency. And, I would be more than happy to repeat all this to anyone to let them know.

My brother Jon and his daughter Fallon share the same birthday, and I wanted to send them on a Disney land and cruise package as a gift. When asked what she liked most, she held out the gold medal that she won for building the strongest macaroni house on the ship and said "Disney World was nice but I really want to go back on the cruise. Can we do this every birthday?" Needless to say, I am thrilled with the service I received and will definitely be calling the Cruising Co. Etc. again. Fallon is 9 years old....that's a lot of birthdays! Thanks for the memory of a lifetime!
