3. How does your service work?
We offer a unique level of personal, specialized service! Simply submit a quote request for your Disney destination. You will be assigned a Personal Travel Consultant who will respond to your inquiry with rates and availability. If you have included the guests names on your request, we will also place a no-obligation courtesy hold to secure the space and rates while you work out the details.

4. How long does it take to receive a reply?
Your Personal Travel Consultant will reply within 1 business day. Many times its only a matter of a hour or so! It depends on the volume of requests at the time of your inquiry. We know how important the planning process is to you, and will reply as soon as we possibly can.

Your Personal Travel Consultant will guide you through the options to ensure your vacation is the best possible match for your desired experience and budget. After your vacation is booked, your Personal Travel Consultant will provide complete itinerary planning, or simply provide suggestions if you prefer a more casual experience. Whether it’s your 1st or 21st visit to the Disney destination, we have insider tips and tricks to make your vacation truly special. We will make dining recommendations and even take care of your Advance Dining reservations. We can help with all of the details. All you have to do is relax and enjoy!

6. Do you have a price guarantee?
Yes! Promotions are sometimes announced after a booking is made. Your Personal Travel Consultant will watch for any subsequent promotions, he/she will research details of any offers that may apply, and we guarantee to notify you if we find any offers that will permit us to lower your price! Regarding Disney Cruise Line®, the best prices and cabin locations generally go to the earliest reservations, with prices steadily increasing as the ship's capacity is filled. By booking early you will be assured of the best cabin location possible, and know that we will apply any additional savings that you qualify for before your sailing date.

7. Do I have to pay for the vacation in full up front?
No. First we place a no-obligation courtesy hold on your package for a few days. A deposit, payable via major credit card, will be required to secure the reservation when the courtesy hold expires. The amount of the deposit varies with the vacation type you choose. Your Personal Travel Consultant will provide information regarding the deposit requirements, due date, and options for final payment.

8. Why do you require the legal names of the guests if I only need a quote?
Rates and availability change very quickly. This information is required for us to place a no-obligation, courtesy hold on the arrangements. This allows us to secure the space and rates while we communicate the details to you. If you decide not to take advantage of the reservation, we simply cancel it.

9. I have already booked my package with Disney. Can I still use your service?
Yes! We can easily transfer your Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, or Disney Cruise Line® booking over to our agency so you can take advantage of our service! Fill out a quote request for your vacation and note that you have a booking with Disney in the Special Requests field. Please include your reservation number. Your Personal Travel Consultant will provide more details on how to proceed.

10. Your quote request form asks for a desired budget. Why is that important?
We understand that you are looking for the most value for your dollar, but it is important to be realistic regarding your expectations. Your Personal Travel Consultant will look at your overall request to help determine the best options for your budget and desired experience. Please be as realistic as possible regarding your expectations and we promise to find the best value for your vacation dollar.

12. I have never booked travel over the Internet. How do I know you are for real?
We completely understand and respect your concerns. We are licensed as a seller of travel an invite you to contact the appropriate government agencies to check us out. 13. Why don't you offer a phone number right on your main page? Isn't it faster to call you for prices?
We are an Internet based company with Disney Specialists located all over the country. As soon as your Personal Travel Consultant is assigned, he/she will contact you with a quote and provide you with their personal, direct toll free phone number and fax number. You will then be able to communicate with them directly without having to track them down through a receptionist. We find that we are able to provide the most informative and efficient service over the internet. But if you need to speak with someone immediately, you can contact our Corporate Headquarters at 1-800-886-8601. The receptionist will take your information and assign a Personal Travel Consultant to return your call. Please note: Internet quote requests and email may take priority over phone inquiries.

14. Should I buy travel insurance?
We strongly recommend the purchase of a Travel Protection Plan that provides baggage, trip cancellation/interruption, and medical expense coverage for your vacation. You can add a coverage plan from Disney or your Personal Travel Consultant may recommend other plans that might offer better rates for your family. Be sure to discuss travel insurance as a necessary part of your vacation to protect your investment.

16. What are the deposit, change and cancellation policies?
We usually book your package with Disney directly so their change and cancellation policies apply. Their basic policies are noted below. On some occasions, we might offer to use another supplier due to specials that might not be available from Disney. Please be sure to ask your Personal Vacation Planner and check your brochure for full details that will apply to your particular vacation. Please note, the information below is subject to change. Cancellation/change penalties may be reimbursed for covered expenses if insurance is purchased on or before final payment date.

Should you need to cancel your vacation for any reason, in addition to Disney's, or other supplier fees, we will charge an agency cancellation fee of $50 per land package or cruise reservation under $2000 and $75 per land package or cruise reservation $2000 and over. For hotel only there is a $25 flat cancellation fee to cover administration costs. The applicable fee will be billed separately before the cancellation is processed. Our cancellation fee will be credited to a new vacation purchase if re-booked within 30 days of cancellation, for travel at any future time.

We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for changes to a reservation.

  1. Walt Disney World® Resort
    • Package features for all plans are subject to change and may be based on features available at time of arrival, not those in effect at time of booking.
    • Payment Information
      • Deposit: $200 per reservation. For bookings that include airfares, which must be ticketed more than 45 days prior to departure, the deposit is $200 plus the price of airline tickets, plus, if the booking includes travel insurance, the cost of travel insurance is also due in full at the time of booking.
      • Final Payment is due approximately 45 days prior to guest arrival. Bookings made 45 days or less prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
    • Cancellation/Change Fees
      • Cancellations made 44 to 6 days prior to arrival, there is an additional cancellation fee of $100 per package plus any cancellation fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers.
      • Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional cancellation fee of $200 per package plus any cancellation fees by hotels or other suppliers. In addition, with respects to Grand Gathering experiences, for a cancellation made 5 days or less from the experience date, no refund will be given.
      • No refunds will be given to no-shows.
      • For air cancellations or changes, if your air travel has been ticketed, there will be an additional cancellation or change fee per ticket equal to the cancellation or change fee assessed by the airline. Please note that cancellation of a published, promotional or other non-refundable airfare results in a charge equal to the entire amount of the airfare and cancellation of refundable airfare must be made at least one business day prior to departure.
      • For a change made 44 days or less prior to arrival or that results in a rate change, there is an additional change fee of $50 per package plus any change fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers. For changes, the change fees must be paid in addition to any increase in rate resulting from the change. Travel insurance is non-refundable once deposit has been received. Upon any cancellation, the charge for travel insurance will be added to the other applicable cancellation fees.
  2. Disneyland® Resort
    • DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: WDTC reserves the right to cancel without notice when deposit and/or final payment is not received by the due date. WDTC accepts Visa, and select credit cards, check or money order as payment. To confirm a booking and avoid automatic cancellation, all payments must be received in the office when due as described below:
      • If a booking is made 40 or more days prior to departure date, a deposit of $200 per package is due within ten (10) days after booking is made. For bookings that include air transportation with promotional or published airfare, a deposit of $200 plus the cost of the airfare and optional insurance are due at the time of booking. (A $100 cancellation/change fee applies once deposit or full payment has been paid). Balance of payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to date of arrival.
      • If a booking is made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
      • If a booking is made within 14 days of arrival date, full payment is due at time of booking and a $10 non-refundable processing fee is assessed.
    • LAND CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEES: A fee is assessed each time a change and/or cancellation is made. The cancellation/change fees are per reservation and are as follows:
      • 30+ days prior to scheduled arrival a $100 cancellation fee applies once deposit or full payment has been paid
      • 29-6 days prior to scheduled arrival.....$200 cancellation fee applies
      • 5-0 days prior to arrival.....$250 cancellation fee applies plus all applicable fees.
      • Cancellation/change fees may be reimbursed if appropriate insurance is purchased on or before final payment date.
    • AIR CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEES: Per person cancellation/change fees on the air portion of your reservation will be assessed based on the airfare type booked for your flight arrangements. Fees vary by airline and airfares are 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable once ticketed. Please note that with some airfare types, a change of destination, travel dates, passenger name, or class of service is considered a cancellation and/or change and will incur applicable cancellation/change fees plus additional cost in airfare. Please be sure to verify all applicable airfare cancellation/change fees at the time of booking. Rates and airline schedules are subject to change without notice. If cancellations/flight delays occur, compensation, if any, is the sole responsibility of the airline. Cancellation/change penalties may be reimbursed for covered reasons only if appropriate insurance is purchased on or before final payment date.
  3. Disney Cruise Line®
    • Deposit: $250 per person for a 7 night Caribbean sailing, and $200 per person deposit for land/sea and 3 or 4 night cruises, will be due at time of booking. Full payment approximately 60 days prior to arrival.
    • Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of Guest names will be considered cancellations. If the cancellation request is received 90 days or more days prior to vacation commencement date for Category 1 through 3 or 75 days more prior to vacation commencement date for Category 4 through 12, 100% of the amount of the vacation price paid will be refunded. Cancellation requests received less than 90 days prior to the vacation commencement date for Category 1 through 3 or less than 75 days prior to the vacation commencement date for Category 4 through 12 will be assessed cancellation fees as follows, regardless of resale of stateroom or hotel room
      • 89-45 days prior to vacation commencement date (Category 1 through 3), deposit amount per Guest
      • 74-45 days prior to vacation commencement date (Category 4 through 12), deposit amount per Guest
      • 44-8 days prior to vacation commencement date, 50% of vacation price per Guest
      • 7 days or less prior to vacation commencement date, no refund
    • No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after vacation commencement date. All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the Guest's credit card account or the Guests Vacation Planner. Disney Cruise Vacations is not responsible for the receipt of refund monies by Guest from their Vacation Planner. All travel documents, including airline tickets must be returned before refund processing can begin. Disney Cruise Line® reserves the right to restrict any changes to a reservation. All changes are subject to availability. Please note that changes made to overall party size may result in a change to the rate.
    • For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of the Disney Cruise Vacations Protection Plan. Insurance is not in effect until final vacation payment is made. Premiums for the Vacation Protection Plan must be paid by the final payment due date.
    • Any changes or cancellations to your cruise vacation or Disney Cruise Line® air arrangements may be subject to additional fees including, but not limited to, service fees for documents.
