Do YOU have a Travel Specialist working for YOU?
Maybe you're the type of person who loves to plan your vacation months or years ahead of time. You spend hours researching the best flights, hotel deals, tickets for attractions, making dining and excursion reservations. The night before you travel, there's a huge snowstorm or a volcanic eruption has stranded you overseas... who do you turn to? The website you booked it through? The toll-free number listed at the bottom of that email? After you go through five menus and have pressed "0" for customer service, you finally get a human being at the other end of the line. You are then bounced around from Agent A to Agent B to Agent C; your problem is still not resolved. You should've called your Travel Specialist... Travel Specialist?? What's that?!

A Travel Specialist (or Agent or Consultant) is someone who is dedicated to making your vacation run as smoothly as possible. Missed your flight? Call your agent! Want suggestions for the best excursions on your cruise? Call your agent! Not sure which cruise line or resort would best fit your needs, interest, and budget? Call your agent! Wouldn't it be refreshing to actually hear a voice asking "How can I help you?"-knowing this person is the agent you've been working with from the beginning, and will have your trip details at the tips of her fingers?
To Park Hop or Not to Park Hop....
Last year, Disney raised the price of the Park Hopper® Option to approximately $55 per person, for the Walt Disney World® Resort. I've been asked many times if it's worth the extra cost. My initial response is always "Yes". Recently when pricing out a trip for my family and trying to keep it to a low budget I started to think "Do we really need the Park Hopper® Option?"

For families with small children the Park Hopper® Option is a must. I've been to the Walt Disney World® Resort with a 4 year old and no matter how much he liked what we were doing that day or the ride he had just been on, he constantly asked "When are we going back to Buzz Lightyear?" It became a daily ritual to head to the Magic Kingdom® Park at some point and ride Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin again. It's a good thing we were there during a low season so the lines weren't long. We definitely got our money's worth from the Park Hopper® Option on that trip!
Where are the characters in the Disneyland® Resort?
Many people feel a trip to Disneyland® Resort is not complete unless they get to see their favorite character. Yet many people leave Disneyland® without getting to experience this magical event. The key to meeting your favorite character is knowing where to find them in the first place!!

The first place to look for them is as soon as you walk into the park. A lot of the time the characters are just inside the gates waiting to say good morning to the guests.

Another place to look for your favorite character is where they live. Where is that, you ask? Well in Toontown of course! Here you will find Mickey's House, Minnie's House, Chip n' Dale Treehouse, Donald's Boat, and Goofy's Playhouse. In addition to getting to see how they live you will hopefully get to meet them. Once you've been through Toontown, I recommend you take a stroll through Fantasyland, including the new Princess Fantasy Faire. Different characters can be found telling stories and visiting throughout.
Flying over the Walt Disney World® Resort
One of the many hidden joys of a Walt Disney World® Resort vacation is the ability to experience adventures outside the theme parks. The marina at Disney's Contemporary Resort near the Magic Kingdom® plays host to Sammy Duvall Watersports. The cast members operate from this marina on the shores of Bay Lake to offer guests a variety of water sports including water skiing, guided fishing excursions, boat rentals and parasailing.

On one of our family vacations to the Walt Disney World® Resort, my son and I decided to try the parasailing. It was something we eagerly anticipated as the dates of our vacation drew near. Unfortunately, on the morning we were scheduled to "fly", we were told the winds were too high to allow the cast members to safely operate the boat and sail. We were given the opportunity to return when the winds died down and the parasailing experience was amazing! Once my son and I experienced the thrills of hanging 600 feet over the earth, we very much appreciated the safety rules Sammy Duvall Watersports follow.

Breaking News! Disney Cruise Line® Kids Sail Free on Select Mexican Riviera Cruises
Beginning in January 2011, set sail aboard the Disney Wonder® on a Disney Cruise Line® 7-Night Mexican Riviera cruise. Traveling along the Baja, California peninsula, drop anchor in Cabo San Lucas, home to El Arco at Land's End. And experience 3 fun-filled days at sea, where exquisite dining, unique entertainment and legendary Disney service seamlessly come together to create a vacation that every family member feels was created just for them - this is the Disney Difference.

Single Rider Lane
The long wait times for popular attractions at the Disney parks can certainly make your day seem a little less magical. If the FASTPASSes® have run out, there's still one way you can drastically reduce your wait time: the single rider line.

The single rider line helps maximize a ride's capacity by allowing cast members to fill in any free seats with single riders. For example, Expedition Everest seats two guests per row, so when a party with an odd number (like three or five) board the ride, there will be an empty seat next to one person. A single rider will then be used to fill in the free space.

Are You Driving to Port Canaveral for a Magical Disney Cruise®?
If you are one of the many people who drive to Port Canaveral for a Disney Cruise®, here is a tip for you. There are several hotels right at the port that offer a "park and cruise" package. This means you can come down the night before to make sure you are well-rested and ready to go on your cruise.

Two of the Port Canaveral hotels offering these specials are the Comfort Inn & Suites (which is new and very nice) and the Radisson Resort at the Port. Prices range from $129-$149 per night for the park and cruise package.
What is Vinylmation?
You have heard about it and you have more than likely seen it if you have visited any Disney park over the last few years. Vinylmation is a new Disney collectible that the entire family can enjoy. The collection has grown over the past year. The first figure was the white 3 inch "create your own" Vinylmation, released in November 2008 at the Festival of the Masters in Downtown Disney®.

The current Vinylmation figure is shaped like Mickey Mouse but does not represent Mickey Mouse. What you are seeing is a 3 dimensional canvas that the Disney artists are given to create their masterpieces. They can design on all sides creating some unique figures.

Why Stay at a Deluxe Walt Disney World® Resort?
What are the benefits to staying at a Deluxe Walt Disney World® Resort? They offer the same benefits available to all Disney Resort Guests: Complimentary airport transfers with Disney's Magical Express, extra time in the theme parks, transportation within the Walt Disney World® Resort, dining packages, resort airline check-in. But, they also offer so much more!

Deluxe Walt Disney World® Resorts offer the highest level of quality and convenience and the theming is elaborate and all encompassing - from the beautiful rooms to the fabulous pools and stunning lobbies. Many have restaurants with award winning cuisine (there are worse ways to choose a resort than the onsite dining!).

Here is a brief overview of the fantastic Walt Disney World® Deluxe Resorts. The four Magic Kingdom® Area resorts are:

Extra Magic on the Disneyland® Railroad
Every Disney fan knows that Walt Disney loved trains. The railroad tracks surround Disneyland® Park, and the Magic Kingdom® Park in Walt Disney World® Resort. Walt himself used to 'ride the rails' as the steam locomotives' engineer, and had an elaborate backyard railroad at his home in Los Angeles.

The locomotives at Disneyland® Park are one of the first things a visitor sees as they walk through the front gate, with the grand train station rising above the decorative flower bed where so many guests take their 'Welcome to Disneyland' photos.

The Walt Disney World® Resort is Great All Year Long...How Do I Decide When to Go?
Trying to decide when to visit the Walt Disney World® Resort is the first tough decision you will have to make. But it sure is worth it! First you have to look at your family needs: Do you have children in school? Do you want to go when there is the least amount of people in attendance? Is there a special event or holiday you are interested in seeing? Do you want the weather to be hotter or cooler? There are many different and spectacular things to do and see at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Let's look at some of the wonderful choices available for fall and winter, to help you pick the perfect time for you.
Disney's Vero Beach Resort
Would you like to extend that relaxing Disney Cruise Line® vacation with more fun with your family? Spend a few days at Disney's Vero Beach Resort! Located just 90 minutes down the coastline of Florida, Vero Beach is a beautiful seaside city. A stay at this resort feels like an extended port of call day, with plenty of relaxation and recreation to choose from!

Disney's Vero Beach Resort is everything you would expect from a Deluxe Disney Resort: beautiful accommodations, an excellently maintained beachfront, a family friendly pool, and many recreation amenities to choose from! The exciting pool has an amazing water slide and plenty of room to play. Toddlers are invited to climb aboard Tiger Lily, the interactive toddler water play area. Daily poolside games are geared for the entire family, from grandparents to the littlest guests; that is where the toddler in our family earned her nickname, "Baby Cha-Cha", as she won a prize in the dance contest!

Doing Disney with Children
As much as I enjoy the "Disney experience", the thing that gives me the most satisfaction on a trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort is simply watching my children have a great time. Watching my two sons laugh and smile while experiencing Disney is what it's all about. As they grow older, I will never forget the expressions on their faces when they encountered "the real" Buzz Lightyear for the first time or when I took the stage as a participant at the Hoop-Dee-Doo-Musical Revue.

My satisfaction in our trips comes from more than just Disney's magic. Planning, especially when the kids were younger, took place well before we set foot in Orlando. Disney is a vast place and a sometimes overwhelming experience for the little ones. Part of your planning process should take this into account in order to make life a bit easier for them.
3-D Magic at the Walt Disney World® Resort
Lately, 3-D movies are all the rage in the movie theater with some of the highest grossing movies ever being released. Of course, as always, Disney seems to be one step ahead of the pack and has been providing 3-D entertainment at Walt Disney World® Resort for nearly three decades. The biggest difference is that Disney has taken the concept one step further by involving other senses such as smell & touch and has turned 3-D into 4-D!

Each Walt Disney World® theme park sports its own 3-D masterpiece unique to the park in which it resides. Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park offers It's Tough to be a Bug. This insect laden film is more fantastic than creepy-crawly and will tickle the funny bone of even the hardest shelled arthropod.

Keeping Kosher at the Walt Disney World® Resort
With many Jewish clients, I am often asked if it is possible to visit the Walt Disney World® Resort and find anywhere to eat if keeping kosher. I always answer with a resounding, "YES!" Disney makes it easy for those who follow kashrut dietary laws to have a magical vacation with just a little advance planning.

Most sit-down restaurants will require 24 hour notice to reserve a kosher meal. You can ask your MouseEarVacations.com® agent to assist you in determining which restaurants will provide a kosher meal with advance notice and he/she can also make those arrangements for you. At the Disney buffets and family-style meals, each guest will only receive one meal and it will not be all-you-can-eat. Guests will be charged the regular price for the buffet or family-style meal.

Halloween at the Disneyland® and Walt Disney World® Resorts
Looking for someplace to celebrate Halloween with your family that's not terrifying, gory, or likely to cause nightmares? Great! Disney parks have sweet Halloween treats for guests-no tricks involved!

The resorts on both coasts are dressed up for fall, Disney style-with seasonal decorations such as pumpkins, hay bales, scarecrows, and jack o' lanterns galore. To make Halloween even more memorable, there are special-ticket evening parties where everyone can
Let the Memories Begin
NEW YORK (Sept. 23, 2010) - In 2011, Disney guests will become the stars of a nightly spectacular when photos taken in the park during the day become larger-than-life projections on Cinderella Castle at Walt Disney World® Resort or "it's a small world" at Disneyland® Resort. This groundbreaking new experience will celebrate the family vacation memories created in Disney theme parks every day.

And this week, Disney guests will begin starring on television, too, as part of the new "Let the Memories Begin" campaign. For the first time, Disney Parks is featuring the home videos and snapshots of real guests in television ads and other marketing that will allow an audience of millions to share in true-life, heartfelt moments.

Christmastime at the Walt Disney World® Resort
...One of my favorite times to be in the most Magical Place on Earth. Mid-November through December you can experience the most comfortable weather along with the most beautiful decor. There is so much to offer during this time of year. Amazingly, you can go to bed and wake up to a fully decorated park or hotel lobby. Like little magic elves, it just happens! You could spend an entire day just hopping to different resort properties to see the awesome unique decorations. A few examples are the life-size gingerbread house at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The train set up and gingerbread carousel at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. Or walk in Disney's Contemporary Resort and find Mickey and Minnie dressed in their Christmas attire waiting to greet you.
Sunshine Season Food Fair
Looking for a lunch venue that has something for everyone in your party? Try Sunshine Season Food Fair in the Land Pavilion at Epcot®.

Choose from several options such as an Asian Shop with noodle bowls and stir-fry, or a sandwich shop with made-to-order sandwiches. Are you looking for something a little lighter? How about a bowl of soup or perhaps a salad? Maybe a "stick to your ribs" meal is more of what you had in mind-- then the Wood-Fired Grill Shop is right up your alley with rotisserie chicken, beef, and fish options to choose from.
Make Each Visit Unique
Have you ever had someone ask you why you keep going back to the Walt Disney World® Resort? After all, you've been there before. Isn't it the same stuff each time?

To that question I have to answer a definite "NO", it is not the same each time. You can make each visit to Walt Disney World® Resort a unique experience with new things to see and discover each and every time. I always strive to see things I've never seen, and do things I've never done.
Frugal Dining
Yes, the ability to dine frugally at Walt Disney World® Resort is possible. Especially with a little help from your personal travel consultant!

Disney's Dining Plans offer a convenient and affordable way to enjoy snacks and meals at over 100 select restaurants throughout Walt Disney World® Resort, including some restaurants that feature Disney Character Dining! With five dining plans to choose from, you can enjoy restaurants that are contemporary to casual, elegant to enchanting, or anywhere in between! You can find a great meal that fits your style.
Disneyland® Resort: The Official Hotels
The Disneyland® Resort, in Anaheim California, has three official Disneyland® Hotels to choose from. Each is unique from the other and all are a wonderful choice for your next Disneyland® Resort vacation.

The Disneyland® Hotel is the original. It consists of 3 high-rise towers and is located near the Downtown Disney® District. The hotel has 990 rooms and suites, making it the largest of the three. There is a monorail station located right next door, for convenient transportation to Disneyland® Park. And for those of you looking for the ultimate Disney luxury, its boasts a Mickey Mouse Penthouse Suite and a Pirates of the Caribbean Suite. You can choose from several eateries here, including Goofy's Kitchen for a character brunch or dinner, and Steakhouse 55 for an exquisite breakfast or dinner.
What's on Your Gift-Giving List this Year?
It's that time again! We make our lists, check the ads and rack our brains finding the perfect present for the important people in our lives. One thing I've learned as I now crossed over the years is that the most precious possessions to me are the memories of time spent with friends, family and loved ones.

Too many holiday seasons have been spent watching that all too "special" toy that I ran around like crazy for weeks trying to find, be cast aside for something completely off the wall.
You should've called your Travel Specialist.... Travel Specialist?? What's that?!

A Travel Specialist (or Agent or Consultant) is someone who is dedicated to making your vacation run as smoothly as possible.
DisneyQuest®
Every day of a Walt Disney World® Resort vacation is designed to be full of magic, but sometimes the Florida weather can threaten to ruin your good time. When rain, excessive heat, or occasionally low temperatures hit, you don't have to sit in your resort room and miss out on the Disney fun. Head to DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park! Located at Downtown Disney® West Side Entertainment District, DisneyQuest® is an indoor interactive theme park with attractions the whole family can enjoy.
Where in the World do YOU want to go?Adventures by Disney® Can Take You There!

On an Adventures by Disney® vacation, your family will see, taste, hear and savor every detail of the places you explore. Fun Ways to Celebrate a Birthday at Disneyland® Resort
Are you planning to celebrate a birthday at the Disneyland® Resort? Trying to figure out something special your family can do for the birthday person? If so, here's help! The first thing you need to do when you arrive is pick up a complimentary birthday button at City Hall in Disneyland® Park. When you're wearing the button, cast members will wish you a "Happy Birthday" all day long. Also, you can receive a birthday wish on the phone at City Hall from one of the Disney characters.
Dieting and Disney
It always starts out well. Your intentions are good. You've been true to an eating plan and you know that you can count points, skip carbs, cut desserts -- whatever has been working so well for you for months. You're sure that you can easily order a Diet Coke by the pool instead of a Pina Colada. And those Mickey Ice Cream Bars? A bottle of water will surely cool you off just as well after a hot day in the parks, right?

Sure. That's why I have clothes in my attic ranging in size from 8 to... well, never mind.
Touring the Disney DreamTM

**If you'd like to view 200+ personal photos of our tour, please be sure to visit the photo albums on our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/MouseEarVacations/66248978333 Click the "Like" button to follow us as we share firsthand reports of the Christening and first few maiden voyages.**

As you may know, the Disney Cruise Line's® newest ship is docked at Port Canaveral, ready to start transporting guests to the Bahamas. Although the official maiden voyage is January 26th, the ship has been open to special preview tours and sailings. I was given the opportunity to tour this magnificent ship along with four other agents, and here are just a few of the things we learned during our tour:

The first thing you will notice is the Disney DreamTM's size. It is 40% larger and two decks taller than the Disney Magic® and the Disney Wonder®, so it is pretty big! In addition to the new parking garage, Disney has also changed the terminal a bit to accommodate the larger number of guests.

Breathtaking. That is the only word that can even begin to describe your entry into the atrium. The size, the elegance, the sweeping grand staircase, and the gorgeous chandelier all work together to leave guests speechless. Forget what you've heard or seen in photos-you must experience this firsthand to get the full effect of its beauty. Admiral Donald stands proudly near the grand piano, and the winding staircase is sure to make an impressive backdrop for family photos!
Bali Ha'i at the Walt Disney World® Resort
"Bali Ha'i will whisper
In the wind of the sea:
'Here am I, your special island!
Come to me, come to me!"

When I hear the name Bali Ha'i, immediately two thoughts come to mind. One of them is the song, "Bali Ha'i", from one of my favorite old movies, South Pacific. It is a beautiful and haunting song. The second thought that pops into my head is Disney's Polynesian Resort at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida. It is a relaxing, tropical paradise complete with a tropical rain forest and volcanic rock waterfall in the Great Ceremonial House and a white sand beach on the Seven Seas Lagoon. Disney's Polynesian Resort is one of my favorite resorts.

Culinary Tour at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
Jiko and Boma are two of the restaurants at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. They are award winning and feature "flavors of Africa". Have you ever thought of trying one of them, but worried that you might not know what to order? Not able to find anything that you wanted for dinner? Be completely unfamiliar with the menu?

The friendly staff at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge can help you with this. There is a culinary tour offered most days at the Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Off the Beaten Path: Surfing at Walt Disney World®
When traveling to the Walt Disney World® Resort, many people focus on making sure they have the ultimate experience that maximizes every second of the time they have which for most means that the parks and attractions take priority. Days are scheduled to include splitting groups to snag as many fast passes as possible to make certain that all major attractions are experienced, while trying to make as much time to squeeze in Disney's wonderful shows and dining experiences. Although there are some guests that seem to be able to strike a balance with the "active" pursuit of Disney magic and vacation relaxation, most guests miss out on some of the resort's most unique attractions.

Decompressing at the Disneyland® Resort
Living only 230 miles from the Disneyland® Resort, my family makes frequent, short visits. We try to carefully select times to avoid huge crowds. Sometimes our choices are good and sometimes they're a miss. Since Disneyland® Resort is small geographically, it does not take too many people to create a crowded feeling and lots of congestion. One side effect that my family suffers from on these crowded visits is grouchiness due an overload of people - too many people closing in on us in too small a place. This symptom can cause a fun trip to unravel into a trip of complaining and whining... (and yes, I can complain and whine along with the best of them!)

Summer Room-Only Offer
Now, you can save up to 25%* on a stay at one of the Hotels of the Disneyland® Resort, for arrivals most nights June 19 - Aug. 13, 2011.

Offer Details:
** Save up to 25%* off a room-only reservation at Disney's Paradise Pier® Hotel.
** Save up to 20%* off a room-only reservation at the Disneyland® Hotel or Disney's Grand Californian Hotel®& Spa.

Star Tours®: The Adventures Continue
When Star Tours® opened in 1987 in Disneyland® Resort, guests thrilled to the immersive ride simulator that was popular until it closed in 2010. Fans waited (im)patiently for the 're-imagined' Star Tours® ride, anticipating how Imagineers and George Lucas would update the ride for new adventures to a galaxy far, far away. Expectations were high and Disney does not disappoint, delivering a fantastic combination of new technology and motion simulation for a thrilling experience.

Late Dining Rocks!
I have so many clients who are disappointed when they are not able to get the early dining time on their upcoming cruises. Most people see these early times as the most desirable, citing problems such as their kids being too hungry if they have to wait for the later times.

I always love to take the opportunity to explain why I love to have the later dining times, and ease their minds.

First and foremost, you will not starve to death on a cruise ship! There are so many options, from the quick bite snack shops, to the buffet, to even room service where you can order a light snack late in the afternoon to hold you over until dinner time.

Secondly, many of the early dining times cut into your day!
Disney Cruise Line® Unveils New Itineraries, Ports for 2013
In 2013, Disney Cruise Line® will offer new itineraries, including an expanded portfolio of European cruises with new destinations such as Venice, Italy, and the Greek Isles. In addition, Disney Cruise Line® will utilize a second homeport in Florida, with Caribbean sailings departing from the Port of Miami for the first time! Plus, there are new 2012 options, including a 14-night Panama Canal cruise and holiday sailings from Miami.

Bookings are now open for all guests, so be sure to contact your MouseEarVacations.com® Travel Consultant to book your cruise today!

Mediterranean from Barcelona
Beginning June 1, 2013, the Disney Magic® returns to Europe with plenty of new twists to the Mediterranean itineraries, including a 4-night option and special 12-night sailings in addition to 7-night itineraries that treat guests to the best of Europe. The 12-night sailings visit destinations such as Venice, Italy, and Croatia's Dalmatian Coast on one itinerary; Ephesus, Turkey and the Greek Isles including Athens on another itinerary.

Bahamas and Western Caribbean from Miami
Disney Cruise Line® will sail from Miami for the first time on Dec. 23, 2012.
Epcot® World Showcase
Epcot® happens to be one of our favorite parks! But it seems that young families shy away from this park as they're afraid their kids won't enjoy it. My kids have enjoyed Epcot® as long as I can remember and they're only 10. So why do we enjoy Epcot® so much? It's easy...there's so much to do at this park that it usually takes us several days to visit the park and we still don't see and do everything! The area of the park that takes us the longest is the World Showcase. This is where various countries are featured.

My kids love the Kidcot stations around the World Showcase! Each country has the Kidcot station but sometimes they're well hidden so be sure to ask if you can't find it. At the station you will find a small table with chairs or bench seats and a basket of Sharpie markers (Sharpie sponsors this event). This is a free souvenir for your kids and it helps engage them at each country.Disney recently changed from the white cardboard masks to a cardboard Duffy the Bear. You can start your adventure at any of the Kidcot stations located on the World Showcase. Duffy is on a wood stick (similar to the previous mask) and at the Kidcot stations you get to decorate Duffy however you would like with the markers. I would suggest coloring a little bit in each country, this allows you to look around while your kids are busy coloring.
Options at Walt Disney World® Resort for Families of Five
While most families these days are made up of 2 children or less, families with 3 or more are still common. When these families start looking at vacation options, they see immediately that hotel rooms, cruise ship staterooms, etc. are almost all designed for a maximum of 4 people. This means added costs beyond additional air tickets---oftentimes it means booking two rooms and splitting the family up.

Walt Disney World® Resort does offer some options for families of 5 in all three resort categories: Value, Moderate, and Deluxe. I will try and explain some of the benefits of staying at each level of resort they offer.

FREE Dining is back at the Walt Disney World® Resort!

A Look at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort
With so many wonderful resorts to choose from when looking at a visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort, I have to say that my favorite is the Port Orleans French Quarter Resort. Not only is it a quaint resort, but it's filled with modern amenities.

Don't Miss Disneyland® Resort's Extraordinary Extras
Walt Disney's original park in California is every bit the dream that Walt envisioned. As you walk down Main Street, U.S.A., you can imagine Walt himself walking the same route you are taking. You can see him looking at all of the shops and details and smiling.

You just know that he is beaming with pride as he takes in all of the magic and adventure that began as his hope to create a place that families could enjoy together. I have to wonder whether even Walt could have envisioned the extraordinary extras that have found their way into the fabric of his dream. I am talking about all of the wonderful shows that call Disneyland® Park and Disney's California Adventure® Park home.

Day and night, there is a magic that fills the air around every turn. From scheduled shows to surprise encounters on the street, the two worlds of Disney in California are sure to make you smile and cheer with delight.

If your day finds you at the Disneyland® Resort, you don't want to miss the amazing animatronics of Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln on Main Street, U.S.A. and the Enchanted Tiki Room at the entrance to Adventureland.

Disney's Aladdin Musical Spectacular
At 1313 S. Disneyland Dr. Anaheim, CA, there is one of the most overlooked attractions by Disney California Adventure® Park newbies. Indeed, this might be the best deal in the entire Disneyland® Resort. Disney's Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular is a fantastic and very well planned out Broadway-style musical. I make a point to see this every single time I visit the Disneyland® Resort, and it never gets old as the dialogue and jokes are updated on a regular basis!

I do not want to spoil anything about the presentation, except to say that it closely follows the movie and features numerous special effects. All of the actors are wonderful and special attention has gone into the Genie. Genie is a quite a character and has tons of personality! He is hilarious and probably one of my favorite parts of the show. I love how he constantly updates his pop culture references. Even though his jokes are a bit corny sometimes, they are still very funny and entertaining for the whole family.

Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue
One question I am frequently asked by clients is for information regarding the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. What is it you ask? It's a dinner show performed nightly at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, in Pioneer Hall. But it's not just any dinner show, it is the longest running show at the Walt Disney World® resort, and with good reason!

When you arrive at Pioneer Hall, you'll first notice your surroundings. You will be enjoying the beautiful atmosphere of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. There's plenty of open space for the kids to run around and play while you wait for that dinner bell to ring and the waitress to call you to "Come and get it!"

Baby Care Centers - A Parent's Best Friend!
If you are a new mom or dad you probably have lots of questions about vacationing with your little one. But don't worry, like me you will find out how easy it is to take a baby to the Walt Disney World® or the Disneyland® Resort. Popular questions are: Where will I breastfeed? Where will I change diapers? What if I forgot diapers? The answer is the Baby Care Centers! The Walt Disney World® Resort keeps babies in mind and offers Baby Care Centers hosted by Carnation Baby Formulas in each of its theme parks. It has all the amenities of home. It has a private room to breastfeed your little one equipped with wooden rocking chairs, a changing area, and a kitchen where you can purchase baby essentials if your forgot them, including Carnation Good Start formula, Gerber baby food, juice, bottles and pacifiers, Huggies diapers and wipes, Balmex, Johnson's products, various children's medications.
Disney FantasyTM Shows Hit the Mark for Cruise Entertainment
When recently sailing on a pre-inaugural cruise on the Disney Fantasy, I was honored to see three of the nighttime offerings in the Walt Disney Theater. Wishes, Aladdin, and Believe were the three shows and, although I had seen Believe on the Disney Dream, it was entertaining to see it again on this sailing. Here is an overview of each show:

Disney's Wishes:
The story begins with three teenagers looking to graduate from high school and wondering what their future will hold. When the three lifetime friends wish for the "ride of their lives", the Disney magic kicks in and takes them on a journey of discovery.
